PT. Transporindo Agung Sejahtera Participates in K3 Training to Improve Company Productivity

Makassar, June 5, 2026 – PT. Transporindo Agung Sejahtera demonstrated its commitment to occupational safety and health (OSH) by participating in the Technical Consultation/Training (Bimtek) on the Implementation of OSH for Improving Productivity in Companies, organized by the Makassar City Manpower Office.
The event, which lasted three days from Wednesday to Friday, June 3–5, 2026, took place at Swiss-Belinn Panakkukang Makassar and was attended by around 50 companies from various business sectors in Makassar.
PT. Transporindo Agung Sejahtera was represented by Rusdi, SE, who took part in all the activities as part of the company’s efforts to enhance understanding and implement an OSH culture in the workplace.
The event was officially opened by Zainal Ibrahim. In his speech, he emphasized that implementing OSH is not just a company obligation to comply with regulations
employment, but it is also an important investment to improve productivity, work efficiency, and worker welfare. Consistently applied occupational health and safety can help companies minimize the risk of work accidents and create a safe and productive work environment.
During the event, participants received various materials related to the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system, identifying potential workplace hazards, risk control, and strategies for building a sustainable safety culture within the company. Programs like this align with the government’s efforts to strengthen OSH competencies and promote the creation of safe, healthy, and productive workplaces. Rusdi, SE, a representative of PT. Transporindo Agung Sejahtera, stated that the company's participation in this activity is part of management's commitment to continuously improve human resource quality and ensure that all operational activities run according to safety principles.
"Good implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) not only protects workers but also supports smooth company operations and overall productivity. Through this activity, we gained new insights that can be applied in the workplace at PT. Transporindo Agung Sejahtera," he said.
Participation in this OHS training activity is one concrete step by PT. Transporindo Agung Sejahtera in supporting the creation of a safe, healthy, and productive work culture, while also strengthening the company's competitiveness through sustainable safety management.
